Auditing

An independent exanimation of organization financial statements and subsequent expression of opinion on the financial statements. This involves the collection of evidence by means of compliance tests (test of control) and substantive tests (test of detail) and expression of opinion:

• whether proper accounting records have been kept
• whether the accounts are in agreement with the records
• whether we have received all information and explanation which considered necessary

The organization is responsible for maintaining proper accounting records and preparing the financial statements which gives a true and fair view of the organization’s state of affairs.
